Double outlet right ventricle (normally related great arteries)
- Aorta and pulmonary artery both arise from the right ventricle
- Great arteries appear side-by-side with the pulmonary artery leftward of the aorta
- Subpulmonary conus with presence of subpulmonary narrowing
- PA band seen in the MPA above the pulmonary valve (represented by the star)

Double outlet right ventricle (normally related great arteries)

- The aorta is anterior and rightward to pulmonary artery

- Apical 4 chamber view tilted anteriorly towards the outflow tracts
- Aorta and pulmonary artery arise from right ventricle
- Transposed great arteries with the aorta rightward and anterior to pulmonary artery (aorta at the end of the sweep)
- Subpulmonary infundibulum
- Mildly dysplastic pulmonary valve with mild flow acceleration across the subvalvar and valvar pulmonary region
- No significant flow acceleration across the subaortic and aortic valve region
