    • Hypoplastic right ventricle
    • Small VSD/bulboventricular foramen 
  • Tricuspid atresia with normally related great vessels 
    • Small VSD/bulboventricular foramen with left to right shunting
  • Tricuspid atresia with normally related great vessels
    • VSD/bulboventricular foramen with left to right shunting 
    • The pulmonary artery arises normally (anteriorly) and flow is provided to the pulmonary artery across the VSD/bulboventricular foramen
