    • Anterior malalignment of the infundibular septum into the RVOT
    • No pulmonary valve visualized consistent with pulmonary atresia

    • No antegrade flow visualized across the pulmonary valve (consistent with pulmonary atresia)
    • Continuous retrograde (left to right) flow noted from PDA in this image
  • Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia (TOF/PA)
    • Confluent branch pulmonary arteries demonstrated
    • Branch pulmonary arteries are supplied by retrograde (left to right) flow from the PDA (red turbulent Doppler jet)
    • PDA seen entering near the left pulmonary artery
  • Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia (TOF/PA)
    • Tortuous PDA seen arising from the underside of the aortic arch
    • Continuous retrograde (left to right) flow noted from PDA
