Suprasternal
- Demonstrate arch sidedness.
- Demonstrate arch anatomy, looking for evidence of interruption or coarctation.
- If seen, demonstrate origin of pulmonary arteries.
- Interrogate for evidence of a PDA or aortopulmonary collaterals.
- Interrogate descending thoracic aorta with color/spectral Doppler for evidence of obstruction and to assess for flow reversal in the presence of significant truncal regurgitation.
