Apical Four Chamber

  • Demonstrate malalignment of VSD and truncal override.
  • Interrogate for truncal valve regurgitation/stenosis.
  • Demonstrate mitral and tricuspid valve function.
  • Assess cardiac chamber size/ventricular function.
  • Demonstrate branch pulmonary arteries from ascending trunk.
