- Complete AV Canal
- 2D Sweep between the common AV valve en face and elongated LVOT (gooseneck deformity) which appears of good caliber
Echocardiographic Assessment: Subcostal Long Axis (LVOT)
- Enlongated left ventricular outflow tract/gooseneck deformity
- Assess for subaortic stenosis
- Assess for aortic stenosis or regurgitation
- Assess straddling chords across the LVOT or chordal attachments to the interventricular septum

- Transducer on abdomen just below xyphoid process
- Notch at 3 o'clock
- Transducer tilted slightly anteriorly (tail down)
