- Echocardiographic Assessment: Suprasternal Notch (Branch PAs)
- Assess the main and branch pulmonary arteries (hypoplasia, dilation)
- Interrogate branch pulmonary arteries to assess for stenosis (color and spectral Doppler)
- Ductal sweep to assess for a PDA (very important if critical PS and ductal dependent pulmonary blood flow)

- From suprasternal notch slide probe inferiorly along left side of sternum
- Slight superior tilt of probe (tail down)
