• The left innominate vein appears to connect normally into the right superior vena cava
  • Normal caliber of the innominate vein, superior vena cava and right pulmonary artery

This view obtained from the suprasternal notch is optimal to profile the innominate vein as it connects to the superior vena cava in addition to profiling the caliber and course of the SVC and right pulmonary artery.
