- The aortic valve leaflets appear thin with good leaflet excursion
- Normal left ventricular systolic function
- The superior vena cava connects normally to the right atrium
- Normal laminar flow across left ventricular outflow tract, aortic valve and supravalvar aortic region
- No aortic regurgitation
This subcostal view is an excellent view to profile the left ventricle, caliber and flow across the LVOT and aortic valve.
